You are responsible for the content and accuracy of the audio or video files submitted for transcription.
By using our services, you affirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use, transmit, and submit such files to us.
You agree not to submit any unlawful, offensive, infringing, or inappropriate content for transcription.
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate your access to our services if we believe that the content violates applicable laws or these Terms.
You acknowledge that our services are not intended for the transcription of confidential or sensitive information.
While we implement security measures to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality or security.
